| 摘 要： | 目的 评价经颅超声溶栓联合巴曲酶治疗基底动脉尖综合征的临床效果.方法 对19例经MRI证实为基底动脉尖综合征的病人,巴曲酶首次应用剂量为10BU,另两次为5BU,隔日1次,共3次.使用前用250ml生理盐水稀释,静滴1h以上,应用超声溶栓治疗仪(频率800kHz,0.75W/cm.脉冲超声)治疗,2次/d,20min/次,共21d.对治疗前后的疗效进行评定.结果 治疗后3周,用NIH-NINDS中风评分量表评分,经颅超声加巴曲酶治疗前得分9.33±1.46,治疗后7.67±1.89,即经颅超声加巴曲酶治疗对神经功能恢复的效果最显著,治疗过程中未见不良反应.结论 巴曲酶联合经颅超声溶栓治疗基底动脉尖综合征是一种安全有效的方法 ,值得临床推广应用.
