急性丘脑卒中的BEAM定位研究

摘    要:本文报导了30例急性丘脑卒中患者在脑电地形图的定位研究,其中28例出现异常改变。BEAM显示:28例患者表现为病变部位δ频带呈不同程度的功率增高;在定位分析上,丘脑血管病变多累及BEAM的中央区,其次表现为颞区受累。

Abstract:The paper reported a study on location of 30 patients with acute thalamus apoplexy in Brain Electrical Activity Mapping (BEAM ). BEAM was abnormal in 28 patients. The results showed that the Delta power was increased with various degree in damaged region. By analysis of BEAM ,we found that thaiamus vascular disease primarily involved in central area,secondly in temporal area.
