肝脏局灶性结节增生的介入治疗

目的探讨选择性动脉栓塞治疗肝脏局灶性结节增生的治疗效果。方法对5例有临床症状的肝脏局灶性结节增生经股动脉穿刺插管,行肝动脉造影明确供血动脉后,3例使用弹簧圈行供血动脉栓塞术,2例行碘化油加平阳霉素乳剂栓塞。结果5例超选择插管和栓塞取得成功,随访时间为10个月~6年,4例患者症状消失,1例患者症状缓解,无并发症。结论动脉栓塞治疗肝脏局灶性结节增生是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Interventional treatment for focal nodular hyperplasia of the liver

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of selective artery embolism on the hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia(FNH).Methods Five cases of hepatic FNH with clinical symptoms were performed femoral artery puncture,after identify feeding artery by hepatic arteriography.The feeding artery of 3 cases were embolized with spring coil,2 cases with lipiodol pingyangmycin emulsion.Results Ultraselective arterial cannula and embolism on the 5 cases were successful.These cases were followed-up for 10 months to 6 years,the clinical symptoms of 4 cases were disappeared, 1 case relieved,no complication.Conlusion The arterial embolism was a safe and effective method in the treatment for FNH of the liver.
