表面麻醉下白内障超声乳化+人工晶状体植入术安全性的探讨

摘    要:目的评价表面麻醉下白内障超声乳化+人工晶状体植入术的安全性和有效性。方法表面麻醉下对230例281眼白内障患者进行超声乳化+人工晶状体植入术,观察其术后视力的恢复及并发症的情况。结果术后1天,裸眼视力〉0.5者83眼,占总数的29.03%;1周后视力〉0.5者135眼,占48.39%;1月后视力〉0.5者201眼,占71.99%,术中及术后各种并发症的发生率均很低。结论表面麻醉下行超声乳化+人工晶状体植入术是安全有效的,它避免了球周和球后麻醉的各种并发症。所有病人均在门诊手术,不需住院治疗。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect and safety of surface anesthesia for phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation Methods:With surface anesthesia,phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were carried out in 281eyes of 230 patients,to observe the postoperative vision and complication.Results:After the first day postoperative uncorreted vision was better than 0.5 in 83eyes,about 29.03% of the total,One week later,vision better than 0.5 in135 eyes,about 48.39%.,after one month,vision better than 0.5 in 201 eyes,about 71.99%.In other cases,visual acuity was under 0.5 due to the age-related macular degeneration,high myopia,macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy.Conclusion:The surface anesthesia for cataract phacoemulsification is safe and effective.It can avoid kinds of complication of peribulbar and postocular anesthesia.All patients can be operated in outpatient department and their economic burdens can be cut down.The key to the success of phacoemulsification under topical anesthesia lies in mastering proficient technique and selecting appropriate patients.
