会阴侧切术连续缝合法的临床观察

目的:探讨会阴侧切缝合术采用连续缝合法的临床应用效果。方法:选择阴道分娩初产妇100例,随机分成观察组和对照组两组,各50例,两组均采用会阴左斜侧切、阴部神经阻滞麻和2-0可吸收线。观察组用连续缝合法行会阴缝合术,对照组用皮内缝合法缝合会阴切口。结果:两组在产后切口疼痛、产后72h活动程度方面差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:连续缝合法用于会阴侧切术可明显减轻产后切口疼痛、活动受限性,利于产妇休息和母乳喂哺,提高产后生活质量。

Clinical observation of continuous suture in episiotomy

Objective： To evaluate the effect of continuous suture on episiotomy. Methods： 100 primiparas with vaginal delivery were randomly divided into observation group and control group. All of cases had pudendal nerve blocking anesthesia and left episiotomy with 2-0 absorbable suture. In the observation group, continuous suture was adopted and in control group with intrademic suture. Results： Significant differences were observed in view of postoperative wound pain, postnatal activity in 72h （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Continuous suture can relieve the postoperation wound pain and reduce postnatal limitation of activity. It is helpful in puerperant break and breast feeding, and can promote postnatal quality of mothers＇ life.
