| 摘 要： | 目的:优选金钱胆通颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用HPLC法,以大黄素的提取率为评价指标,以正交试验法L9(34)优选提取工艺参数。结果:提取次数为主要影响因素,其次是提取时间和溶媒量。确定最佳提取工艺为提取3次,每次1.5h,加入10倍量的水。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定,可行。

| Abstract: | Objective:The optmize the extraction technics of JinQianDanTong Granule.Methods: Uses the HPLC,take the Emodin extraction rate as the appraisal target,by orthogonal testing method L9(34) optimal extraction craft parameter.Results:The extraction number of times for the major effector,next is the extraction time and the solvent quantity.The determination best craft was extracted 3 times.Each withdrawed 1.5 hour and the volume of water 10 times raw herb.Conclusion:The optimal extraction craft is stable,feasile. |
