| 摘 要： | 目的探讨种植义齿失败原因,提出改进办法。方法对367颗种植牙进行追踪观察0.5～9.0年。结果失败59颗,失败率16.1%。常见原因为种植体折断、松动、种植体周围炎。结论导致种植义齿失败的因素有适应证及种植体选择不当、手术操作不正确、修复不恰当、使用维护不妥等。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the failure cases of implanting denture and put forward some suggestions to optimize the treatment. Methods Three hundred and sixty seven implanting dentures were followed up for 6 months to 9 years. Results Fifty nine failed. The failure rate was 16.08 % . The common reasons were fracture, mobility and periimplantation. Conclusion Incorrect choice of implantation, incorreet operation and improper restoration were failure reasons. |
