食盐加碘对呼和浩特市部分地区8～10岁儿童智商的影响

目的了解全民食盐加碘对碘缺乏病区出生儿童智商的影响。方法用联合型瑞文测验测定儿童智商(IQ),用砷铈接触法测定尿碘,用半定量碘盐监测试剂检测居民盐碘。结果 8～10儿童儿童尿碘中位数为279.9ug/L;盐碘合格率为100.0%;儿童IQ均值为(106.62±16.35),且频数分布均偏右移,智力低下的发生率明显低于理论水平。结论全民食盐加碘后8～10儿童智力发育得到有效保护和提高,食盐加碘是促进儿童智力发育的重要因素。

Influence of iodized salt on children IQ aged at 8 to 10 in some areas of Hohhot

Objective To understand the influence of inodized salt on the IQ of children who born in iodine deficiency disease area.Method Using CRT-AC to detect the IQ of children and using arsenic-cerium contact process to test urine iodine and semi-quantitative iodized salt reagent to monitoring residents’ inodized salt.Results The median urinary iodine of children aged at 8 to 10 was 279.9ug/L and the inodized salt qualified rate was 100%,the mean of children’IQ was 106.62±16.35 and frequency distribution moved to the right,the incidence of mental retardation obviously lower than the theoretical level.Conclusions Intelligence development of 8-10 years children were effectively protected and improved by salt added.Inodized salt was one of the important factors to promote the children’s intelligence development.
