174例美沙酮维持病人心理社会支持差异研究

目的:分析不同性别、工作状况、婚姻状况对美沙酮维持治疗者心理健康状况的影响,开展心理干预研究。方法:本研究选用《背景变量调查表》、《社会支持评定量表》、《简易应对方式问卷》、《感情与社会孤独量表》、《自尊量表》、《焦虑自评量表》进行问卷调查。结果:男、女美沙酮维持治疗者在主观支持(P=0.037,P<0.05)上有显著性差异;有无工作的美沙酮维持治疗者在客观支持上(P=0.030,P<0.05)存在显著性差异;不同婚姻状况的美沙酮维持治疗者在各项上都没有显著性差异。结论:针对美沙酮维持治疗者不同的心理健康状况及心理特征,提供心理治疗、行为矫正、健康教育、家庭及社会帮教等有效的心理和行为干预措施,使美沙酮维持治疗者身心康复并最终回归社会。

The study for psycho-social support differences of 174 case methadone maintenance patients

Objective：Analysis on effections of different gender, work status, marital status in methadone maintenance treatment （MMT） patients on the mental health, in order to carry out psychological intervention. Methods： In this study, ＂ Questionnaire on Background Variables,＂ ＂ Social Support Rating Scale,＂ ＂ Simple Handling Questionnaires,＂ ＂ Emotional and Social Loneliness Scale,＂ ＂Self-Esteem Scale,＂ ＂Anxiety Self-rating Scale＂ were used in the questionnaire survey. Results： Significant differences lies in the subjective social support from the male and female patients in methadone maintenance treatment （P = 0. 037 ,P 〈 0. 05 ）, and ob- jective support from the unemployed and the employed （ P = 0. 030, P 〈 0. 05 ） in this methadone maintenance treatment crowd, but less differences in the various marital statuses of methadone maintenance treatment patients. Conclusion： According to the different mental health and psychological characteristics of methadone maintenance treatment patients, we offer relative psychological treatment, behav- ior modification, health education, family and social assistance and education and other effective psychological and behavioral interven- tions, so that physical and psychological rehabilitation of methadone maintenance treatment patients and eventually return to society.
