| Abstract: | We describe a case of a patient with hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS) who developed protein-losing enteropathy (PLE) following autologous pericardial extracardiac Fontan (APEF) operation with successful resolution of PLE following transcatheter fenestration via the transhepatic approach. |
