| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妇科肿瘤术后并发下肢深静脉栓塞的原因与护理措施。方法对照组沿用传统预防DVT方法,研究组同时针对性实施护理干预。结果研究组术后3d和术后7d的D-二聚体水平均明显高于对照组、术后深静脉血栓发生率明显低于对照组、住院时间明显缩短。结论采取有效的预防措施和早期护理干预,可有效地降低肢骨折手术后深静脉血栓形成。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the causes of deep venous thrombosis of lower limb after gynecologic tumor surgery and nursing measures. Methods The control group used the traditional method of preventing DVT research group at the same time, targeted nursing intervention. Results The study group after 3d and 7d after two D- dimer levels were significantly higher than those in the control group, the postoperative deep vein thrombosis incidence was significantly lower than the control group, the hospitalization time shortened obviously. Conclusion To take effective preventive measures and early nursing intervention, can effectively reduce the limb fracture of deep venous thrombosis after operation. |
