护理干预对肝硬化患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响

目的探讨护理干预在肝硬化患者遵医行为及生活质量中的应用效果,促进患者康复。方法选取80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组给予护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,比较二者遵医行为及生活质量。结果入组1年,观察组患者遵医行为明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入组时,两组患者SF-36各项目评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);入组后1年,患者SF-36各项目评分均有升高(P<0.05),但是观察组改善幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论对肝硬化患者实施有效的护理干预,可以提高患者治疗依从性及生活质量,延缓病情进展,值得临床推广应用。

Effects of nursing intervention on the compliance behaviors and life qualities of patients with hepatic cirrhosis

Objective To investigate the application effects of nursing intervention on the compliance behaviors and life qualities of patients with hepatic cirrhosis and to promote the rehabilitation of the patients. Methods 80 patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 patients each group; the observation group was given with nursing intervention, while the control group given with usual care, and the compliance behaviors and life qualities of the patients of the two groups were compared. Results In 1 year after entering the groups, the compliance behaviors of the patients of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.When entering the groups, the differences in each score of the MOS item short from health survey （SF-36） were statistically insignificant （SF-36） ： in 1 year after entering the groups, each score of SF-36 of the patients of both groups was increased （P 〈 0.05）, but that of the observation group was increased more significantly （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of effective nursing intervention in patients with hepatic cirrhosis can elevate the therapeutic compliance and life quality of the patients, delay the proress of the pathogenetic conditions, and is consequently worthy of clinical application.
