| 摘 要： | 目的探讨行为护理干预对消化性溃疡患者的影响。方法收集符合标准的患者68例,随机分为观察组和对照组各34例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予行为护理干预,比较两组患者的治疗效果,生活质量及住院天数。结果实验组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),其住院天数较对照组明显减少,院外生活质量明显提高(P<0.05)。结论行为护理干预有利于消化性溃疡的康复,减少住院天数,提高患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of behavior nursing on the patients with peptic ulcerthe. Methods 68 cases were divided into experimental group and control group. The usual care was applied in control group, and behavior nursing was applied in experimental group. The treatment effectiveness, hospital days and the quality of life were assessed. ResuRs Compared with those values in control group, the treatment effectiveness were much better （P 〈 0.05）, the hospital days were decrease obviously and the qualifies of life were in experimental group were improved obviously （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion TAhe behavior nursing is better for the rehabilitation of peptic ulcer, shorten the hospital days and can promote the quality of life. |
