气管插管全麻恢复期病人躁动的相关因素及护理

目的:探讨插管全麻术后麻醉恢复期病人躁动的相关因素及护理。方法:回顾分析插管全麻恢复期病人出现躁动的相关因素及处理。结果:30例躁动病人中8例是由于伤口疼痛引起,8例是由于低氧血症引起,2例是由于尿潴留、膀胱膨胀引起,10例是由于尿管刺激引起,2例是由于麻醉药物引起。结论:插管全麻恢复期病人情况多变,应严密观察,对躁动病人应综合分析,对症处理,确保病人安全渡过麻醉恢复期。

The Nursing and Related Factors of Restlessness Patients During Anesthesia Convalescence with Tracheal Intubation

Objective:To study the nursing and related factors of restlessness patients during anesthesia convalescence with tracheal intubation.Method :We reviewed the patients data.Result:In all 30 cases restlessness patients,8 cases was caused by wound pain,8 cases resulted from hypoxemia.2 cases with urinary bladder distention for urinary retention,10 cases resulted from stimulating of urinary catheter,2 cases related with anesthesia drug.Conclusion :We'd better pay attention to observe the situation of patients for the variation of state during convalescence,in case of the occurrence of restlessness,then to assure the safety of restlessness patients.
