| 摘 要： | 目的探讨一次性根管充填治疗慢性牙髓炎、根尖周炎的方法和效果。方法随机各选择慢性牙髓炎、根尖周炎患者200例，分为实验组与对照组各100例，实验组采用一次性根管充填治疗，对照组采用多次法根管充填治疗，观察两组治疗效果。结果从两组治疗方法的平均疼痛消失时间、治疗后用药天数及疗程均无明显差异。结论严格掌控适应症，一次性根管充填可以进行慢性牙髓炎及慢性根尖周炎的治疗。
