上海市普陀区女性乳腺癌的流行现状和趋势研究

目的探讨目前上海市普陀区乳腺癌发病和死亡情况以及1972年~2004年的变化趋势,为确定乳腺癌的研究方向和制定防治策略提供依据。方法收集1972年～2004年上海市肿瘤登记中普陀区乳腺癌的发病和死亡资料,采用2000年世界人口计算标化发病率和死亡率;用线性回归和非线性回归分析研究乳腺癌的流行趋势及变化特点。结果2004年普陀区乳腺癌的标化发病率和标化死亡率分别为46.91/10万和9.06/10万。乳腺癌的发病最高的是50～59岁年龄组,为188.01/10万;归因死亡率最高的是80岁以上年龄组,死亡率为156.36/10万。最近32年间发病持续上升,死亡率基本持平。结论乳腺癌发病将呈现持续上升的趋势。各相关部门应采取有针对性的措施降低发病率和提高乳腺癌患者术后的生存质量。

Study on Prevalence Status Quo and Trend of Women Breast Cancer in Putuo District, Shanghai

Objective To explore the incidence and dealth trend of breast cancer and its trend from 1972 to 2004 in Putuo district, Shanghai, and to provide evidences for further investigation and strategy making on breast cancer. Methods From 1972 to 2004 incidence and dealth data of breast cancer in Putuo district were collected from Shanghai Cancer Registration System. Both incidence and mortality rate were adjusted by worldwide population in 2000. Both linear and nonlinear regressions were used to analyze the prevelance trend and developing characteristic of breast cancer. Results The adjusted incidence and mortality rate of breast cancer in 2004 in Putuo district were 46.91 per 100 000 and 9.06 per 100 000. The incidence of population aged from 50 to 59 years old was the highest, about 188.01 per 100 000 and the attributed mortality rate of population aged more than 80 years old was the highest, about 156.36 per 100 000. The incidence rate of breast cancer increased gradually over the past 32 years, while the mortality rate did not change. Conclusion The incidence rate of breast cancer is rising in Shanghai. Comprehensive measures should be taken to reduce the incidence rate and to improve the life quality of patients after breast cancer operation.
