| 摘 要： | 目的制定柴黄软胶囊质量标准。方法采用TLC法鉴别柴胡和HPLC法测定黄芩提取物中黄芩苷含量。结果在TLC色谱中能检出柴胡皂苷a、黄芩苷,HPLC测定黄芩苷在20.2~242.4μg/mL范围内呈线性良好关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率99.7%,RSD为1.3%。结论定性定量方法简便准确,能有效控制柴黄软胶囊的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standards for Chaihuang soft capsules.Methods TLC method was used to differentiate Radix Bupleuri and baicalin in extracted Scutellariae was determined by HPLC.Results Saikasaponin could be detected by TLC and baicalin showed good liner relationship in the range of 20.2~242.4 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.7%with RSD of 1.3%.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with a strong specificity and may be used for quality control of Chaihuang soft capsules. |
