| 摘 要： | 肺癌分子靶向治疗与传统的化疗相比，其具有特异结合肿瘤细胞上特有的靶点，精确打击肿瘤细胞而又不伤害正常的细胞。分子药物靶向治疗的毒副反应较小，提高了患者的生活质量。本文对肺癌生物靶向治疗药物的研究进展及靶向药物的联合治疗进行综述，并探讨了分子靶向药物的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Compared with traditional chemotherapy, targeted therapies for lung cancer, which has a specific target binding specific tumor cells, can precisely attack tumor cells without destroying normal ceils. It has less toxicity and can improve the patient＇s quality of life. Here, we review the advance in targeted therapy for lung cancer and targeted drug combination therapy, and discuss the potential applications of molecular targeted drugs. |
