人正常及骨关节炎关节软骨细胞的体外分离培养及鉴定

目的评价经验性抗感染治疗社区获得性肺炎（CAP）的临床疗效。方法以急诊内科病房CAP患者97例为研究对象，依据肺炎严重指数（PSI）分为低、中、高危人群，应用相应的抗感染治疗方案（阿奇霉素、或联合二、三、四代头孢茵素），评价其疗效。结果97例患者中，应用相应的抗感染治疗方案后7天好转率（有效＋显效）为63．9％（62例）、临床治愈率为33．O％（32例），总有效率（好转＋治愈）为96．9％（94例）；其中14天治愈率为30．9％（30例）；21天治愈率为10．3％（10例）。结论阿奇霉素、或联合二、三、四代头孢菌素经验性抗感染治疗CAP疗效确切可靠。
