碘伏湿敷治疗软组织慢性感染的疗效观察

目的总结碘伏湿敷治疗软组织慢性感染的临床疗效。方法对收治的96例软组织慢性感染病例，随机分为实验组50例与对照组46例，实验组采用碘伏湿敷治疗，对照组采用抗生素静脉输注治疗。记录两组痛人软组织慢性感染部住的红肿热痛消退情况及治愈的时间。结果实验组50例患者中47例治愈，疗程为7～10天。对照组46例患者中治愈者30例，疗程为10天。两组病例的愈合情况相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。实验组治疗效果明显好于对照组，治疗时间少于对照组。结论碘伏湿敷治疗软组织慢性感染是一种取材方便、操作简单、经济有效的疗法。

The therapeutic effect of iodophors hydropathic compress to treat soft tissue chronic infection

Objective To observe the curative effect of Iodophors hydropathic compress to treat soft tissue chronic infection. Methods Between July 2006 and January 2013, 96 patients with soft tissue chronic infection, 96 patients were divided randomly into two groups. Experiment group：50 patients were treated with Iodophors hydropathic compress; Control group：46 patients were treated with antibiotic intravenous infusion. To recorded the inflammation extinct and healing time. Results 47 patients of experiment group were healing, the time of therapy was 7-10d. 30 patients of con- trol group were healing, the time of therapy was overtopping 10d. The difference rate of curative effect have statistical significance（P〈0. 05） ,it can to consider that the curative effect of Iodophors hydropathic compress was better than anti- biotics intravenous infusion. The difference course of treatment have statistical significance（P〈0. 05） ,it can to consider that the course of treatment of Iodophors hydropathic compress was shorter than antibiotics intravenous infusion. Conclu- sion The treatment of Iodophors hydropathic compress to treat soft tissue chronic infection is a convenience, cost-effec- tive treatment.
