自拟益气润肠饮治疗脑卒中气虚型便秘临床研究

目的分析自拟益气润肠饮治疗脑卒中气虚型便秘的效果。方法选取2013年1—5月治疗的脑卒中气虚型便秘患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组给予自拟益气润肠汤饮治疗,水煎服,日1剂,1次温服。对照组口服杜密克治疗,早餐时一次性服用,起始剂量25 ml,随后每天服用15 ml,治疗几天后可根据患者情况酌减剂量。两组均治疗1周。计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用χ2检验,P0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果总有效率、不良反应发生率、复发率治疗组分别为96.7%、1.7%、1.7%,对照组分别为86.7%、13.3%、13.3%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论自拟益气润肠汤饮治疗脑卒中气虚型便秘效果显著,不良反应小,复发率低,值得临床推广。

Clinical study on the treatment of stroke in deficiency constipation with Yiqi Runchang Decoction

Objective Analysis of Yiqi Runchang Decoction Treatment of stroke in deficiencyconstipation.Methods From Jan. to May in 2013,120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each group,treatment group was given Yiqi Runehang soupdecoction,deeocted in water, daily 1 agent, lclothes.Control guoup was given Oral Duphalac treatment,disposabletaking breakfast,starting dose of 25 ml,followed by a daily dose of 15 ml,several days of treatment according to the patient dose reduction.The treatment of two groups was 2 weeks.Measurement data was processed by t-test,and count data using ）（2 test,P〈0.05 had significant difference.Results The total effective rate,incidence rate of adverse reaction,recurrence rate in the treatment group were 96.7%,1.7%,1.7%,86.7%,13.3%,13.3% in control group,the difference between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yiqi Runehang Decoction significantly curative effect in treating stroke in deficiency constipation,side effects,low recurrence rate,worthy of clinical application.
