HPLC法同时测定养血清脑胶囊中芍药苷和阿魏酸的含量

目的建立同时测定养血清脑胶囊中芍药苷和阿魏酸含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法。色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-体积分数0.085%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为240 nm,柱温为30℃。结果芍药苷质量浓度在4.96¹9.84 mg·L-1内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为97.1%(RSD=1.9%,n=6);阿魏酸质量浓度在2.5219.84 mg·L-1内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为97.1%(RSD=1.9%,n=6);阿魏酸质量浓度在2.52¹0.08 mg·L-1内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 0),平均回收率为100.1%(RSD=2.8%,n=6)。结论建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于养血清脑胶囊的质量控制。

Determination of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in Yangxue Qingnao capsule by HPLC

Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of contents of peoniflorin and ferulic acid in Yangxue Qingnao capsule( traditional Chinese medicine). Methods HPLC w ith Diamonsil C18column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) w as used,acetonitrile- 0. 085% phosphoric acid( gradient elution) w as selected as a mobile phase. The detection w avelength w as set at 240 nm. Flow rate w as 1. 0 mL·min- 1, and column temperature w as 30 ℃. Results The linear range of peoniflorin w as 4. 96-19. 84 mg·L- 1( r = 0. 999 6),the average recovery w as 97. 1%( RSD = 1. 9%,n = 6). The linear range of ferulic acid w as 2. 52-10. 08 mg·L- 1( r =0. 999 0),the average recovery was 100. 1%( RSD =2. 8%,n =6). Conclusions The method is simple,accurate and reproducible for simultaneous determination of peoniflorin and ferulic acid. It can be used for the quality control of compound Yangxue Qingnao capsule.
