Abstract:Undifferentiated carcinoma with osteoclast-like giant cells, also formerly known as osteoclast-like giantcell tumor, is a rare neoplasm of the pancreas and usually diagnosed after pancreatectomy. The presence of non-neoplastic osteoclast-like giant cells is the histological hallmark of this tumor and the diagnosis is usually not difficult on tissue sections.
