益气逐淤丸治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效分析

目的:观察益气逐淤丸治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法:治疗组120例用益气逐淤丸治疗,对照组115例用硝酸异山梨醇酯片治疗,疗程为4周。结果:症状缓解显效率治疗组60.8%,对照组45.2%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);心电图缺血改善,治疗组总有效率61.7%,对照组46.9%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组血流动力学指标的改善也有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:益气逐淤丸能够明显缓解症状,改善心肌缺血,降低血粘度及心肌梗死发生率。

Analysis on Therapeutic Effect of Supplementing Qi to Remove Blood Stasis Pill in Treating Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Artery Disease

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Supplementing Qi to Remove Blood Stasis Pill in treating stable angina pectoris of coronary artery disease.Method: 120 cases were treated with Supplementing Qi to Remove Blood Stasis Pill as the study group while the control group with Isosorbide Dinitrate.The course of treatment is 4 weeks.Result: The excellence rate of relieving symptoms of the study group is 60.8% while that of the control group is 45.2% and there is significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of amelioration of ischemia in ECG of the study group is 61.7% while that of the control group is 46.9% and there is significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Also there is very significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01) on the amelioration of hemodynamics index.Conclusion: Supplementing Qi to Remove Blood Stasis Pill could relieve symptoms obviously,ameliorate heart muscle ischemai and reduce blood viscosity and incidence rate of myocardial infarction.
