| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨黄芪注射液致药品不良反应(ADR)的特点及相关因素,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索1994-2011年国内医药期刊报道的黄芪注射液致ADR案例,并进行统计、分析。结果:黄芪注射液致ADR主要表现为皮肤损害,其次为呼吸系统损害。结论:临床应重视对黄芪注射液的合理应用,避免和减少ADR的发生。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To explore the characteristics and related factors of the adverse drug reactions (ADR) induced by Astragalus membranceus injection so as to provide references for rational clinical drug use. METHODS: ADR induced by A. membranceus injection reported in domestic medical journals during 1994-2011 were collected and analyzed statistically. RESULTS: ADR in dermal was the major type of the ADR induced by A. membranceus injection, followed by ADR in respiratory system. CONCLUSION: Rational use of A. membranceus injection should be emphasized to avoid and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions. |
