沧州市2010年手足口病流行病学分析

目的了解沧州市手足口病疫情流行特征,防控手足口疫情发展及蔓延。方法收集2010年疫情报告手足口病例流行病学资料和实验室核酸检测结果进行统计分析。结果 2010年沧州市手足口病病例累计报告11 687例,重症206例,死亡1例,较去年同期(9 771例)上升19.61%。对648例患者的咽试子等标本进行EV71、CoxA16、肠道通用病毒核酸检测,阳性599份,阳性率92.44%。其中EV71型187份、CoxA16型137份、其他肠道病毒感染275份,分别占31.22%、22.87%和45.91%。结论沧州市2010年手足口病感染以EV71型和其他肠道病毒为主。

Epidemiological analysis on Head-foot-mouth disease in Cangzhou City in 2010

Objective To understand the hand-foot-mouth disease epidemic features of Cangzhou,and prevention and control the disease develop and spread.Method Collection the epidemiological information of hand-foot-mouth cases and laboratory nucleic acid detection results,carried out statistical analysis.Results In 2010,it was reported a total of 11 687 HFMD cases and with 206 severe cases,1 death cases,it was 19.61% higher than that of last year.Six hundred and forty five pharyngeal swab samples were developed EV71,Cox A16 and intestinal universal virus nucleic acid detection,599 were positive and positive rate was 92.44%.Among them,187 were EV71 samples,137 were Cox A16,other enteric virus infections were 275,they accounted for 31.22%,22.87% and 45.91%,respectively.Conclusions The pathogens of hand-foot-mouth disease mainly were EV71 and other intestinal virus.
