青岛市2008-2010年肺结核病疫情分析

目的分析青岛市2008-2010年肺结核病疫情情况,为制订防治策略提供依据。方法利用2008-2010年青岛市人口及疫情报告资料进行流行病学分析。结果 2008-2010年共报告活动性肺结核病人8 211例,发病率分别是37.46/10万、34.39/10万、36.41/10万,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.244,P<0.01),年平均报告发病率36.09/10万;发病特点是:全年均有发病,3～6月份为发病高峰,流动人口较多的地区发病率高,男性多于女性,发病年龄段以25～54岁为主,占72.8%。结论青岛市结核病防治形势仍十分严峻,结核病防治工作的重点在农村,需加强对外来务工及在家待业人员的调查,及时发现和治疗管理可疑患者,做好外来务工的宣传教育非常重要。

Analysis on the epidemic situation of pulmonary tuberculosis in Qingdao 2008-2010

Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of pulmonary tuberculosis in Qingdao during 2008 to 2010,and provide evidences for marking prevention and cure strategy.Method Carrying out epidemiological analysis to human population and epidemic data of pulmonary tuberculosis.Results During 2008 to 2010,total of 8 211 cases were reported,the incidence rates were 37.46/100 000,34.39/100 000 and 36.41/100 000,respectively,the different had statistical significance(χ2=10.244,P<0.01),the annual mean reporting incidence rate was 36.09/100 000.Onset characteristics were that,the disease was among the whole year,March to June were the peak time,the cases were concentration in regions which were full with floating population,men were more than women and most of the patients were at age of 25 to 54 years old,it accounted for 72.8%.Conclusions The situation of pulmonary tuberculosis was serious and prevention and cure key was in rural area,so we need to enhance the investigate to exotic employed personnels and job-waiting people,find,cure and management the suspected patients,propaganda and education the exotic employed personnels.
