血管超声检查在PICC置管中的应用

目的 探讨血管超声检查在PICC置管患者中的应用.方法 将血管超声检查应用于PICC置管的全过程,包括穿刺前血管的检查评估,穿刺中颈内静脉的压迫,穿刺结束、X线摄片检查前对导管异位于颈内静脉的检查.结果 1402例PICC置管患者中,穿刺前有407例经超声评估选择赛丁格辅助穿刺成功,穿刺中有148例需超声探头压迫颈内静脉,穿刺成功后有102例X线摄片前经超声检查发现导管异位于颈内静脉而及时进行调整.结论 将超声检查应用于PICC置管的过程中,有利于提高穿刺成功率,并可对导管异位于颈内静脉进行及时处理.

Application of vascular ultrasonography in the implantation of PICC

Objective To explore the application of vascular ultrasonography in the implantation of PICC.Methods The vascular ultrasonography was applied in the whole process of PICC implantation,including the vessel assessment before implantation,the oppression of the jugular vein during implantation,the position identification of ectopic catheters after implantation and before X-ray examination.Results In the 1402 cases underwent PICC implantation,407 cases inserted successfully under the prior assessment guided by ultrasound.The jugular veins were oppressed by the ultrasound probe in 148 cases.The catheters ectoped in jugular vein were adjusted in time in 102 cases guided by ultrasound.Conclusion The application of vascular ultrasonography in the PICC implantation is effective to increase the success rate of insertion and adjust ectopic catheters in time.
