苏合香挥发性化学成分的GC-MS研究

摘    要:目的:研究苏合香的挥发性化学成分。方法:通过固相微萃取技术提取苏合香的挥发性成分,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术进行分析鉴定。结果:共鉴定出苏合香28种成分,占总色谱峰面积的90.72%,其中α-蒎烯(15.97%)、莰烯(13.28%)和β-蒎烯(12.82%)的含量较高。结论:本方法简便、高效,可为芳香辛味含挥发性成分药物的成分研究提供参考。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To investigate the volatile chemical constituents of Liquidamobar orientalis.METHODS:HS-SPME was used to extract the volatile chemical constituents and GC-MS was used to analyze the volatile chemical constituents.RESULTS:28 compounds were identified,which accounts for 90.72% of the total GC peak area,of which the amounts of the volatile chemical constituents α-pinene(15.97%),camphene(13.28%) and β-pinene(12.82%) had taken a larger part.CONCLUSION:The method employed in the study is convenient and efficient,and the study can serve as a reference to researches on aromatic and pungent pharmaceuticals with volatile constituents.
