楮头红化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘    要:目的:分离、鉴定楮头红乙醇提取物中的化学成分。方法:用60%乙醇浸泡提取楮头红,系统溶剂萃取楮头红乙醇提取物,并用硅胶、SephadexLH-20和ODS等柱色谱方法分离氯仿和乙酸乙酯部位,再根据化合物的理化性质、核磁共振光谱和电喷雾质谱数据与相关文献对照鉴定其结构。结果:从楮头红乙醇提取物的氯仿和乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到7个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、山柰酚(3)、槲皮素(4)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、芦丁(6)和山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7),其中化合物3~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。结论:本试验结果可为楮头红的进一步开发利用提供物质基础。

Isolation and Identification of Chemical Constituents from Sarcopyramis nepalensis

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To isolate and identify chemical constituents from the ethanol extracts of Sarcopyramis nepalensis.METHODS:S.nepalensis were extracted with 60% ethanol.The ethanol extracts were successively partitioned with systematic solvent.The chloroform extract and ethyl acetate extract were separated by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and RP-ODS column.Their chemical structures were identified by physicochemical properties,NMR and ESI-MS spectral analysis.RESULTS:Seven chemical constituents were isolated and identified as β-Sitosterol(1),daucosterol(2),kaempferol(3),quercetin(4),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),rutin(6) and kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7).Compounds 3~7 were isolated from the plant for the first time.CONCLUSION:The results provide the scientific basis for further exploitation of S.nepalensis.
