| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨乳腺囊性病变的X线诊断价值。材料与方法：回顾性分析23例经手术病理证实的乳腺囊性病变的X线表现。结果：单纯囊肿13例，乳汁潴留囊肿2例，慢性乳腺炎囊肿4例，导管扩张伴囊肿3例，囊内腺纤维瘤1例．X线表现较高密度影5例，等密度影14例，低密度影1例，3例未见明显块影，伴钙化4例。结论：X线对乳腺囊性病变的诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To investigale the diagnostic value of breast cystic disease by mastography.Materials and Methods:The X-ray features of surgery and pathology proved breast cystic desease in 23 patients were reviewed retrospectively.Results:13 cases of simplex cysts,2 cases of galactocele,4 cases of chronic mastitis cysts,3 cases of mammary duct ectasia cysts,1 case of fibroadenona adenofibroma of the mammary.On X-ray findings,5 cases of hyper-density masses,14 cases of middle-density masses,1 case of low-density,3 cases have not mass,calcification in 4 cases.Conclusion:The mammography is valuable for the diagnosis and differentiated diagnosis of breast cystic disease. |
