| 摘 要： | 目的：了解老年心身疾病患者生活质量。方法：采用生活质量指数问卷（QL－INDEX）评定54例老年心身疾病患者的生活质量指数,与54例老年非心身疾病患者和健康老人对照。结果：老年心身疾病患者的活动,日常生活,健康,按期支持,总体精神状况和总指数均差于两个对照组。老年心身疾病患者所患疾病越严重,生活质量越差。结论：良好的病情控制,进行心理干预是提高他们的生活质量的主要途径。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the quality of life in elde rly with psychosomatic d iseases. Method The Quality of Life Index (QL-INDEX) was examined in 54 elderly with psychosomatic diseases, and examined in 54 chronic illness elderly control excluding psychosomatic diseases and 54 health elderly control. Resu lts The subscales of QL-INDEX for "activity","daily living"," health","support","outlook"and total index of the patient group were worse than those of two contr ol group. Results of stepwise regression of elderly with psychosomatic diseases showed that the more serious their diseases, the worse their quality of life wer e. Conclusion The main approach to improve the quality of life in elderly with psychosomatic diseases is to control their diseases well and psychointervention. |
