摘    要:目的:探讨凋亡抑制蛋白Livin在食管癌组织中的表达及其与Bcl-2之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学S—P法检测Livin和Bcl-2在食管癌组织和癌旁正常食管组织中的表达情况。结果:Livin在食管癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁正常食管组织(P<0.01)。Livin表达与癌组织浸润深度和淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05),而与癌组织分化程度无关(P>0.05)。Bcl-2在食管癌组织中表达明显高于癌旁正常食管组织(P<0.01)。在食管癌组织中Livin与Bcl-2表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:Livin在食管癌组织中异常表达,有望成为食管癌诊断和基因治疗的新靶点。Livin基因与凋亡相关基因bcl-2的异常表达可能在食管癌癌变中起协调作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the expression of Livin and its relationship with expression of Bcl-2 in esophageal carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of Livin and Bcl-2 proteins in 36 esophageal carcinoma tissues and 18 para-cancerous tissues. Results: Livin protein was expressed in 18 of 36 esophageal carcinoma tissues(50.0%),but Livin protein showed low level in para-cancerous tissues(5.6%,P<0.01). Livin protein expression was positively related to lymph node metastasis and infiltration degree of esophageal carcinoma(P<0.05). However,Livin protein expression was not associated with the different histological grade(P>0.05). Bcl-2 protein was expressed in 25 of 36 (69.4%) esophageal carcinoma tissues, but there was no Bcl-2 protein expression in para-cancerous tissues(P<0.01). Livin protein expression was positively related to Bcl-2 protein expression in esophageal carcinoma tissues (P<0.01).Conclusion: Aberrant expression of Livin may be a new target for diagnosis and gene treatment of esophageal carcinoma. The aberrant expression of Livin and apoptosis related gene bcl-2 may play synergetic roles in process of carcinogenesis of esophageal carcinoma.
