利用网络优势创新大学生党建工作

目的在分析网络文化特点及对高校大学生影响的基础上，阐述新时期大学生党建工作所面临的新形式和新挑战，探讨充分发挥网络优势，加强大学生党建工作的重要意义。方法结合河南中医学院信息技术学院、软件学院在党建工作中的体会及所取得的成绩进行分析阐述，论证新形势下创新学生党建工作机制的必要性。结果通过实施党建工作进网络，建立网上党支部和流动党支部，构建了大学生党建新内容，最终对大学生党建工作新途径进行了有益的探索，也使得学院在学生党建工作领域取得了显著的成绩，对我省高校学生党建工作提供了参考和借鉴。结论新时期网络环境下大学生党建工作如果能够适应新形势，探索新载体，必将会有助于进一步提高大学生党建工作成效和质量。

Innovating of Party Construction among College Students by Putting the Ideological and Political Work into Network Platform

Objective Basing on the analysis of characteristics of network culture and the influences to college students,to elaborate the new forms and new challenges of the CCP construction in new period and to explore the significance and superiority by using network to strengthen the Party construction.Methods Discuss the innovation and mechanisms of Party construction under the new situation by combining the achievements and experiences of Information Technology College & Software College of Henan University of TCM.Results The college puts forward new content of college students’CCP construction and establishes the online Party branch by the implementation of putting Party construction to the network platform,which promote the work of college students’Party construction and achieve remarkable results.Conclusion The effect and the quality of the Party construction for college students will be further improved in new time if we make good use of the network.
