| 摘 要： | 本文280例脂肪肝均由CT诊断并经临床证实，B超诊断符合率88％，其中弥漫性脂肪肝诊断符合率91％，局限性脂肪肝诊断符合率69％。CT检查特异性高，以肝脏CT值低于脾脏CT值多少分为轻、中、重和极重型四型。

| Abstract: | This article presents 280 hepar adiposum cases which have been examined by CT and clinical proved. Coincidence rate of Bmode ultrasound diagnosis is 88%. Among them,coincidence rate of diffuse hepar adiposum diagnoses is 91%,and that of localized hepar adiposum diagnoses is 69%,CT examination has high specificity. Detailed classification is done to diffuse hepar adiposum. |
