摘    要:目的了解邯郸市蔬菜中农药残留情况,建立邯郸市食品污染物监测体系和网络预警平台,为确定国家食品污染水平和对健康的危害提供基础数据。方法对邯郸市、县、区大的超市和农贸市场或者对与广大消费者密切相关的食品销售领域采集蔬菜样品用气相色谱仪进行检测。结果检出阳性农药17种,超标农药5种,分别为甲胺磷、敌敌畏、乙酰甲胺磷、氧化乐果、氯氰菊酯。蔬菜中农药残留超标的是:①叶菜类蔬菜:甲胺磷超标56%、氧化乐果超标16%、氯氰菊酯超标12%;②果菜类蔬菜:甲胺磷超标28%、敌敌畏超标12%;③瓜菜类蔬菜:甲胺磷超标60%;④鳞茎类蔬菜:甲胺磷超标57%、乙酰甲胺磷超标14%;⑤豆类蔬菜:甲胺磷超标16%、敌敌畏16%。⑥甘蓝类蔬菜:甲胺磷超标12%;⑦块根类蔬菜:甲胺磷超标47%、敌敌畏超标率为13%。结论邯郸地区28种农药残留的检测中存在着不同程度的污染。

Abstract: Objective] To understand the situation of pesticide residues in vegetables in Handan City, establish food contaminants monitoring system and network of early warning platform of Handan City, and provide basic data for determining the level of national food contamination and health hazards. Methods ] Vegetable samples from large supermarkets, farmers markets and the field of food sales closely related to consumers in counties and districts of Handan City were collected and detected by gas chromatograph. Resuits] 17 kinds of pesticides were detected positive, 5 kinds of pesticides, which exceeded the standard, were methamidophos, dichlorvos, acephate, omethoate and cypermethrin. Pesticide residues in vegetables were (1) leafy vegetables: methamidophos exceeded 56%, omethoate exceeded 16%, cypermethrin exceeded 12% ;(2)fruit vegetables: methamidophos exceeded 28%, DDVP exceeded 12% ; (3) cucurbit vegetables: methamidophos exceeded 60% ; (4) bulb vegetables: methamidophos exceeded 57%, acephate exceeded 14% ; (5) beans vegetables: methamidophos exceeded 16%, dichlorvos exceeded 16%. (6) brassica vegetables: naethamidophos exceeded 12% ; (7) root vegetables : methamidophos exceeded 47%, DDVP exceeded 13 %. Conclusion ] 28 kinds of pesticide residues detection show that various degrees of pollution exists in Handan region.
