藿香正气滴丸治疗感冒（风寒兼湿滞证）的随机对照研究

目的 :评价藿香正气滴丸治疗感冒 (风寒兼湿滞证 )的疗效与安全性。方法 :随机、阳性药对照设计 ,将 4 2 9例感冒 (风寒兼湿滞证 )患者随机分为治疗组 (n =32 2 )和对照组 (n =10 7) ,其中剔除脱落 12例 ,实际完成病例 4 17例 (治疗组 314例 ,对照组 10 3例 )。两组分别接受藿香正气滴丸及藿香正气软胶囊治疗 ,观察治疗前后症状积分及舌脉变化。结果 :治疗组 314例 (藿香正气滴丸 )愈显率 75 . 79% ,总有效率 98 4 1% ;对照组 (藿香正气软胶囊 )愈显率 6 9 90 % ,总有效率 98 0 6 %。治疗组与对照组感冒疗效比较无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,说明两组疗效相当 ,但藿香正气滴丸对改善患者泄泻症状明显优于藿香正气软胶囊 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :藿香正气滴丸治疗感冒 (风寒兼湿滞证 )疗效确切 ,未发现明显不良反应。

A Randomised Controlled Paralleled Clinical Study of Huo Xiang Zheng Qi Dropping Pill in Treatment of Common Cold(Fenghan and Shi zhi syndrome)

Objective:To assess the effect and safety of Huo xiang zheng qi dropping pill in the treatment of the cold (Fenghan and Shizhi syndrome)Metheds:The randomizd coutrolled method was adopted.429 patients were randomized to the treatment group(n=322,Huo xiang zheng qi dropping pill) and the control group(n=107,Huo xiang zheng qi.capsule),while 12 cases were rejected or dropped out.At the end of study,417 patients were enrolled(314 patients in treatment group and 103 ones in control group).Results:In the treatment group,the markedly effective rates were 75.79% and the effective rates were 98.41%.In the control group,the rates were 69.90% and 98.06% respectively.The results showed that there were no statistical significance difference between two groups(P>0.05),while the improvement of the symptom of Xiexie was markedly in treatmend group superior to that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huo xiang zheng qi dropping pill possess an effect on the conmon cold without obvious toxic-adverse effect.
