| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手术和纤胆镜联合治疗肝胆管结石的应用价值。方法回顾分析2001年4月～2005年4月共85例手术和纤胆镜联合治疗肝胆管结石病人的临床资料。结果85例肝胆管结石病人术中应用纤胆镜技术后，残留结石率由45％降到22．3％，19例残留结石的病人术后均采用纤胆镜取石，除2例因T管脱落而放弃外，其余17例均无结石残留。结论纤维胆道镜治疗肝胆管结石效果好，具有准确、迅速、方便及组织损伤小的特点，是减低结石残留率的主要手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the significance of intraoperative and postoperative choledochoscopy in treatment and diagnosis of hepatolithiasis. Methods 85 cases of hepatolithoasis with surgical operation and choledochoscopy were analyzed retrospectively during 2001.4 to 2005.4. Results Attributed to systemic therapy of choledochoscopy, the residual stone rate of operation was decreased from 45% to22.3%, 19 cases with the residual stones who treated with choledochoscopy in postoperation. 17 cases were cured..Conclusion choledochoscopy is an effective, convenience and easy treatment for cholelithiasis with little tissue damage. Postoperative choledochosconv is an important method for decreasing the residual stone rate. |
