奥勃兰治疗慢性缺血性脑血管病的临床观察

目的 评价奥勃兰对慢性缺血性脑血管病患者的疗效。 方法 103例患者被随机分为两组。治 疗组(奥勃兰组)53例,口服奥勃兰;对照组(尼莫地平组)50例,口服尼莫地平缓释胶囊。同时观察患者临床症状 及MMSE评分,并对其进行比较。 结果 两组治疗后MMSE评分均有提高,但治疗组较对照组更显著,治疗组总 有效率为90.6％,对照组为66％(P<0.01)。 结论 奥勃兰对慢性缺血性脑血管病患者的近期疗效令人满意, 但远期效果尚有待观察。

A clinical observation of the effectiveness on oxybrain in patients with chronic ischemic cerebrovascular disease

Objective To assess the curative effect of oxybrain in patients with chronic ischemic cerebrovascular disease(CICVD). Methods 103 patients with CICVD were radomly divided into two groups;the therapy group,53 patients received oxybrain 30mg twice a day for 8 weeks, and the control group, 50 patients received Nimodipine SR 60mg twice a day for 8 weeks. The efficacy were eveluated by improvement of clinical manifestations and MMSE score. Results The clinically curative effect in the therapy group was 90. 6% and in the control group was 66%. The effective rate in the therapy group was higher than that in the control group. After treatment,the mean MMSE score was increased in two groups, but the changes in the therapy group were better than control group. Conclusion The effectiveness of oxybrain in the patients with CICVD showed good results in the short term.
