神经节苷脂联合巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究

摘    要:目的观察单唾液四己糖神经节苷脂(Monosialoganglioside,GMl)联合巴曲酶注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法急性脑梗死患者120例,随机分为巴曲酶组、神经节苷脂GMl组、联合组,14d为1个疗程。观察临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分(NFDS)、血浆纤维蛋白原(Fb)的改变。结果联合组有效率92.5%,高于巴曲酶组(72.5%)(P〈0.05),明显优于GMl组(57.5%)(P〈0.01)。3组治疗后NFDS较治疗前均有改善(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);联合组治疗后NFDS改善优于巴曲酶组与GMl组(P〈0.05)。巴曲酶组与联合组Fb含量均明显降低,与治疗前比较有统计学意义(P〈0.01);联合组较GMl组Fb降低明显(P〈0.05)。结论单唾液四己糖神经节苷脂、巴曲酶联合应用治疗急性脑梗死,可达到协同互补的治疗效果,优于单用单唾液四己糖神经节苷脂或巴曲酶的治疗效果。

The therapeutic effect of ganglioside with batroxobin for treatmentof Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract:Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Monosialoganglioside-GMl with Batroxobin injection for treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with acute cer- ebral infarction were randomly divided into the Batroxobin injection group( n = 40) , ganglioside GMl group( n = 40) and combination group( n = 40)and be treated with respective medicine on the base of routine treatment for 14 days. Observation the changes of the clinical therapeutic effects, neurological functional deficit scores and plasma fibrinogen in every group before and after 14 days treatment. Results The total clinical effective rate in combination group (92. 5% ) was higher than that of in Batroxobin injection group(72. 5% )and the ganglioside GMl group(57. 5% ) (P 〈0.05 and P 〈0. 01 ). The neurological functional deficit scores of every group were improved after treatment (P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). These effects were more significant in the combination group compared with Batroxobin injection group and ganglioside GM1 group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The plasma fibrinogen was decreased significantly in the Batroxobin injection group and the combination group (P 〈 0.01 ). The plasma fi- brinogen in the combination group was lower than that of in the ganglioside GMl group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Monosialoganglioside-GMl with Batroxobin injection have obvious therapeutic effect on acute cerebral infarction,and its effect is better than that by Monosialoganglioside-GMl or Batroxobin injection.
