| 摘 要： | 目的检测血浆中四项肿瘤标志物的水平,探讨其在肺癌鉴别诊断中的价值。方法测定肺癌和良性肺部疾病患者组血浆中四项肿瘤标志物的水平,采用方差分析进行统计学处理。结果肺癌患者组NSE、CYFRA21-1、CEA和CA125测定值高于肺良性病变组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。肿瘤标志物测定水平与病理类型有关：血浆NSE水平升高以小细胞肺癌为主;CYFRA21-1以鳞癌为主,而血浆CEA、CA125则以腺癌为主。结论4项肿瘤标志物联合检测有利于肺癌的诊断和鉴别诊断。
