中药养胃散对大鼠胃肠黏膜中前列腺素、生长抑素及促胃动素的促分泌作用

目的 观察中药养甲散对实验动物用药后胃肠黏膜中前列腺素（PG），生长抑素（SS），促胃动素（MTL）的变化规律。方法 实验用60只大鼠禁食12h，随机分为3组：吲哚美辛＋养胃散组（n=20），吲哚美辛＋生理盐水组（n=20），生理盐水组（n=20）。实验组均给予吲哚美辛0．02g／100g体重灌胃，每日2次，共2d，制作胃肠黏膜损伤模型，对照组给予等量生理盐水。然后给予相应制剂1ml／100g体重灌胃每日2次，10d，放射免疫法测定胃及十二指肠黏膜PG，SS，MTL的含量。结果养胃散能明显增加吲哚美辛损伤后的胃及十二指肠黏膜中PG，SS，MTL的含量，与吲哚美辛组相比有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论 中药养胃散能增加胃肠黏膜内PG，SS，MTL的分泌，可能是其增强胃黏膜屏障功能的机制之一。

Promoting effect of Yangweisan on prostaglandin,somatostatin and motilin secretion in rat gastrointestinal mucosa

Objective To observe the effect of Yangweisan on content changes of prostaglandin(PG),somatostatin(SS) and motilin(MTL) in rat gastrointestinal mucosa,and to explore its therapeutic mechanism. Methods All 60 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups(each,n=20): normal control group,indomethacin group and Yangweisan group.Rat model with gastrointestinal mucosal injury was established by intragastric indomethacin twice a day for 2 days.Yangweisan was given for 10 days after the establishment of rat model.The contents of PG,SS,MTL were detected by radioimmunoassay.Results The results showed that compared with indomethacin group,the contents of PG,SS and MTL in Yangweisan group significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Increasing of PG,SS and MTL secretion may be one of the mechanisms of Yangweisan for improving the barrier of gastrointestinal mucosa.
