| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨全结肠净化排毒疗法对老年慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床疗效.方法:分析我院老年慢性肾功能衰竭患者60例临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为观察组30例和对照组30例.结果:观察组慢性肾功能衰竭患者临床症状评分、SCr、BUN、UA及临床治疗总有效率均明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义.结论:全结肠净化排毒疗法对老年肾功能衰竭患者的临床症状改善明显,效果良好,值得临床应用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To approach the clinical curative effect of older chronic renal failure by whole colon cleanse detox therapy.Methods:To analyze 60 cases clinical data of older chronic renal failure patients in our hospital,which was to be divided into detection group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.Results:The clinical symptom score、SCr、BUN、UA and clinical treatment of total efficiency of chronic renal failure of detection group were higher than control group,P<0.05,the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of older chronic renal failure by whole colon cleanse detox therapy were obviously,effect of good,which was to be used. |
