不同剂量他汀类药物对冠心病并发高脂血症患者的血脂及血管内皮功能的影响

①目的探讨不同剂量他汀类药物对冠心病并发高脂血症患者的血脂及血管内皮功能的影响。②方法选择冠心病并发高脂血症患者200例，随机分为4组，分别服用辛伐他汀10mg、20mg；阿托伐他汀10mg、20mg，4周后分别检测血脂水平、血管内皮功能的变化。③结果辛伐他汀、阿托伐他汀治疗4周后，可有效降低冠心病并发高脂血症患者的TC、TG、LDL-c水平，并改善血管内皮功能（NO升高，ET水平降低），差异具有显著性，在同种药物中20mg组优于10mg组，差异显著（P〈0．05）。④结论阿托伐他汀、辛伐他汀通过有效降低冠心病并发高脂血症患者的TC、TG、LDL—c水平，改善血管内皮功能，而且与剂量有关。

Effect of different dosages of statins on blood lipid and vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary disease combined hyperlipidemia

Objective To observe the effcacy of the different dosage of simvastatin and atrovastain on blood lipid level and vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease combined hyperlipidcmia. Methods Two hundred patients with coronary disease combined hyperlipidemia were divided randomly into 4 groups and took medicine： simvastatin 10mg group, 20mg group and atorvastain 10mg group,20mg group. Blood lipid level and vascular endothelial function were detected after 4 weeks. Results Levels of LDL - c,TC and TG were reduced efficiently and vascular endothelial function was improved by simvastain and atorvastain in patients with coronary disease combined hyperlipidemia after 4 weeks （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while the effect in atorvastain group was better than that in the simvastatin group ,but there was no significant difference in the same dosage （ P 〉 0.05）. The effect of 20mg group were significantly better than that of 10mg group in the same medicine （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Simvastain and atorvastain could predominantly decrease the level of TC ,TG,LDL - c and improve endothelial function in patients with coronary disease combined hyperlipidemia and regarded as common drug in coronary heart disease treatment.
