| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨压脂超快速稳态进动成像(FIESTA)序列在磁共振胰胆管造影(MRCP)检查中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析35例经临床及病理证实的梗阻性黄疸患者的常规MRCP检查及压脂FIESTA序列的影像资料。结果:压脂FIESTA序列成像速度快,液体及血液呈高信号,具有一定软组织分辨力,能较好显示胰胆管及其周围脏器,与常规薄层MRCP及MIP重建相结合,可完整显示梗阻性黄疸的全貌,提高诊断准确率。结论:压脂FIESTA序列与常规薄层MRCP相结合,应成为胰胆管病变的常规检查序列。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the application value of fat saturation FIESTA scanning sequence in MRCP. Methods： The conventional MRCP and fat saturation FIESTA scanning sequence data from 35 eases of clinieopathologieally confirmed obstructive jaundice diseases were analyzed respectively. Results： The fat saturation FIESTA scanning sequence demonstrated intense signal in blood and body fluids with very fast imaging times. It had some resolving power for soft tissue, and could show the structures of pancreaticobiliary tracts and circumferential organs well. Combining conventional MRCP and MIP reconstructive tomography, the fat saturation FIESTA scanning sequence could completely show the pictures of obstructive jaundice diseases so as to raise the diagnosis accordance rate. Conclusion： The fat saturation FIESTA scanning sequence combining with conventional MRCP should be a routine scanning sequence for pancreaticobiliary disorders. |
