| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨单孔法腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床应用及意义。方法：将25例单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者作为研究组,三孔法阑尾切除术患者25例作为对照组,对两组进行临床效果对比分析。结果：单孔组25例患者中24例顺利完成单孔手术,1例改为三孔法。两组在手术时间、术后恢复、并发症等无统计学差异（P〉0.05）,术后切口疼痛情况两组有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论：单孔法阑尾切除术是安全可行的,具有和传统三孔法相似的临床效果,疼痛较三孔轻,且减少了手术瘢痕。
