| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胰腺实性假乳头状瘤(SPTP)的CT表现,提高对该病的诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析12例经手术及病理证实的SPTP。12例患者均行CT平扫及增强扫描。扫描参数为120kV,220mA,层厚5mm。动脉期延迟25～28s,实质期45～50s,门脉期80～85s。结果:10例为年轻女性,1例中年女性,1例男性,均无黄疸。12例表现为胰腺囊实性肿块,CT平扫表现为圆形、类圆形低密度或混杂密度肿块影,增强扫描后肿瘤实性部分及包膜可见强化,囊性部分无强化。结论:SPTP的CT表现有一定特征性。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the CT features of solid pseudopapillary tumors of pancreas （SPTP） and to improve the level of CT diagnosis. Methods：Twelve cases with surgery and pathology proved SPTP were retrospectively analyzed. All of the 12 cases underwent CT scan without and with contrast enhancement. Results： Ten cases were young women, l case was woman of middle age, 1 case was man, without jaundice. Mass of pancreas was showed with low or heterogeneous attenuation on plain CT. After contrast administration, the solid component and the membrane of the mass showed enhancement while no enhancement were assessed in the cystic component. Conclusion： CT findings of SPTP is of characteristic. |
