| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨鸦胆子油乳尿道冲洗对兔尿道瘢痕的作用。方法：取30只雄性新西兰兔,随机分为治疗组、模型组、正常对照组,每组各10只。治疗组和模型组建立兔尿道疤痕模型。治疗组用10%鸦胆子油乳尿道冲洗,模型组和正常对照组用生理盐水尿道冲洗;HE、Masson染色观察尿道疤痕组织中胶原纤维分布情况,免疫组织化学染色观察尿道疤痕组织中TGF-β1的表达。结果：治疗组和正常对照组尿道疤痕组织中胶原纤维分布均明显少于模型组（P〈0.05）,治疗组和正常对照组相比无明显差异（P〉0.05）;治疗组和正常对照组尿道疤痕组织中TGF-β1的表达均明显少于模型组（P〈0.05）,治疗组和正常对照组相比无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论：鸦胆子油乳尿道冲洗可减少兔尿道瘢痕的形成,值得进一步研究。
