小儿心肌致密化不全的超声心动图诊断价值

目的:探讨小儿心肌致密化不全(NVM)的超声心动图影像学表现及诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析6例NVM患儿的超声心动图表现,观察致密化不全心室壁最厚处的心内膜与心外膜厚度比值、肌小梁发育状况、小梁间隙内交错深陷的隐窝及隐窝内有无血栓形成、心动周期内心室腔血流是否与间隙隐窝相交通等。结果:6例NVM患儿均出现严重的心腔增大、室壁增厚、心肌呈窦状隙并与室腔相通及内膜回声极不规则的声像图特征,心脏收缩功能显著降低,可合并其他心血管畸形。结论:超声心动图是诊断小儿NVM的重要方法。

Diagnostic value of echocardiography on noncompaction of ventricular myocardium in children

Objective：To investigate the echoeardiography characteristic and diagnostic value of noncompaction of ventricular myoeardium（NVM） in children. Methods： Six cases children patients of NVM were retrospectively analysed, the end-systolic thickness ratio between non-compacted endocardial layer and compacted epicardial layer in ventricular wall was assessed and blood flow from the ventricular cavity into recesses throughout cardiac cycle was detected by color Doppler imaging. Results： In all 6 children patients of NVM ,their heart cavity increased seriously, ventricular wall thickened, myocardial sinus communicated with ventricular cavity and endometrial echo was extremely irregular, cardiac systolic function significantly reduced, and some incorporated other cadiovascular abnormalities. Conclusion：Echocardiography is an important method in diagnosis of NVM.
