| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨两种常用血透抗凝剂-普通肝素（UFH）及低分子肝素（LMWH）对维持性血透患者血小板活化功能的影响。方法：用ELISA法检测普通肝素抗凝组（n=13）和低分子肝素抗凝组（n=13）患者血液透析前后P-选择素水平。结果：两组透析前P-选择素水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;透析后,两组P-选择素水平均显著升高（P〈0.01）,UFH组P-选择素水平显著高于LMWH组（P〈0.05）。结论：UFH和LMWH均可导致血小板活化,且前者更为明显。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the different effect of the two anticoagulants-unfractionated heparin and low molecular weight heparin on platelet activation in MHD patients.Methods：We divided 26 MHD patients into UFH group and LMWH group,and then detecteded the serum P-selectin levels of each group both before and after hemodialysis.Results：No significance was found in P-selectin levels between the two groups before hemodialysis.The levels of serum P-selectin after hemodialysis increased in both the two groups,but more significantly in UFH group.Conclusion：Unfractionated heparin causes platelet activation as well as low molecular weight heparin,and the effect of the former may be stronger than the latter. |
